For the base (in a food processor)

150 g Ritz biscuits
75 g melted butter
50 g golden sugar


Caramel custard

120 g butter
150 g cream, half a cup
200g brown sugar = 1 


How to prepare

    Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, then grease a 20 cm cheesecake mold with butter
