Lady Finger Biscuits 4 egg yolks 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup<
20 g matcha 50 g sugar 350 g water Sprinkle matcha powder
Mix the eggs and sugar over very low heat, stirring constantly, until they become creamy, then add the warm milk, stirring for 5 minutes until the consistency thickens.
Add the cheese and stir well until combined
Whip the cream with vanilla and add it to the mixture
We dip the biscuits in the matcha, half of it in the tray, we distribute half the cream and a sprinkle of matcha powder, and we continue until we get two layers of biscuits and two layers of cream.
Finally, we add the matcha powder and put it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours
