500 g flour

In the mixer, put water, sugar, and yeast, mix them well, and leave them for five minutes until they ferment
Add flour and salt and knead for 8 minutes
Leave the dough for half an hour to ferment
We cut it into small balls weighing 25 grams
Spread it out and cover it with nylon or a wet towel for a quarter of an hour
We bake it on a hot baking sheet and turn it every five seconds until it puffs up
Sauté the onions well in oil, then add the chicken and stir, then salt, pepper, sumac and pine nuts, stir well and remove from the heat
We stuff the bread with the musakhan filling, decorate it, and serve it with yogurt and tahini sauce
