Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 large yam - chopsticks
  • 1 large beet - chopsticks
  • 1 bunch kale - Sliced
  • 1 bunch Rocca - Sliced
  • 1/2 lettuce - Sliced
  • soybean - frozen
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1/4 cup almond - roasted

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar (or) Houny
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

1-Cut beets and sweet potatoes long and marinate

2- With olive oil, salt, black pepper and grill in the air fryer

3-Boil the edamame 4 minute with salt and water and dry

4-Cut the kale and arugula and lettuce

5-Roast almonds in air fryer

6-Mix sauce and stir until ingredients combine

7-In a serving place Spread the green vegetables

8- On it the grilled vegetables with edamame, pomegranate, almonds and when serving spread the sauce
