1-Place sugar on fire until caramelized then add boiled water and stir then raise to let cool off.

2-To make the dough mix all dough ingredients and place in a dough machine for 4 mins on medium speed, 4mins on fast speed and let fermante 10mins then make into 50g balls then spread with hands and fill

3-Cut with a sharp object 3 cuts and leave to fermante for 10 mins

4-Place in the Homelik bread maker on 150 degrees from top and bottom for about 3 mins then from top from 3 to 5mins
