1-Combine all ingredients in a mixer then mix and add salt gradually and leave to mix for 8 to 10mins until we get a tough and soft dough and leave to fermante for 40mins.
2-In a pot we mix the caramel ingredients on a fire and when it boil we pour it on a tray and spread on it the pecans
3-We straighten the dough 3m then spread on it the butter and filling mix and roll it and cut
4-We place the rolls on the tray and leave a bit of space between them and cover and leave to fermate for 30mins and place in the over at 180 degrees from top and bottom for 20mins
5-Take out from the oven and leave to rest 5mins then take out and flip and serve
