  • 1.1/2 Kilo beef meat - American

marinade

  • 1 tsp. Paprika - sweet
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika - smoked
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Caraway
  • sea salt
  • olive oil

In the frying pan

  • Shams Oil
  • 1 head onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. tomatoes puree
  • 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 cup red grape juice
  • 1 cup water
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Coleslaw salad

  • 1 cup white cabbage - sliced
  • 1 cup Red cabbage - Sliced
  • 1 can yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • salt
  • black pepper

Sweet potato wedges

  • yam - sliced with skin
  • pinch of paprika
  • pinch of Oorgano
  • coriander
  • garlic powder
  • Chili Pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil

Preparation

1-Cut the fat from the piece and dry with a napkin

2-Spread on it spiced and salt, olive oil

3-Head the cooked then spill oil and cook both sides and raide and add in an oven tray

4-In the same cooked we place a bit of oil or butter then we saute onions and then add the rest of the ingredients and leave to boil then our on the meat and cover with foil and pace in an oven at 200degrees from 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of the piece

5-Take out and leave to rest for 15 mins then cut it into slices, if the meat sauce is light then we boil it on the fire and we can add a spoon of vinegar to increase taste

6-Cut into slices and serve it with coleslaw salad and wedges
