- 1 cup groats
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic - minced
- Meat with Bones
- 1 tbsp. Crushed Spices
In Blender
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp. tomatoes puree
- 1/2 Cool pepper
- 7-8 cups Boiled Water
Soft spices
- Caraway
- coriander
- Turmeric Powder
- salt
Preparation
1-Saute onions and garlic until it melts the meat and stir until color changes and add spices, mix tomatoes and leave 5mins
Add jareesh and water and close the pressure cooker and press on the machine 40min meat option
