1- Wash the chicken with salt and vinegar then hit it using meat-hummer.
2- Season it with salt, black pepper and paprika.
3- In the frying pan, Fry the chicken in oil then cook it on a low heat for 15 minutes.
4- In the same pan, fry garlic and onion.
5- Add tomatoes, spinach and mix it all.
6- Add cream, water, salt, black pepper, parmesan and coriander then place the chicken back.
7- Cook it all for a couple of minutes then serve.
