1- In the beater, add flour, semolina, salt, baking powder and water then beat them together for 10 minutes until you get fine dough.
2- Leave the dough to prove for 15 minutes.
3- Mix the brushing mixture ingredients (oil, butter, baking powder) quickly and carefully to avoid having baking powder crumbs in the mixture
4- Dip your hand in the mixture before you start cutting and circling the dough in the shape of balls.
5- Paste the board with some of the mixture then start spreading the dough using your fingers.
6- Paste the dough with some of the brushing mixture then sprinkle it with semolina.
7- Bent it to shape a rectangle then repeat pasting and sprinkling.
8- Bent it again to shape square.
9- Wrap it with celling film then leave it to rest for 10 min.
10- Preheat a pan after pasting it with brushing mixture.
11- Spread the dough quickly to increase the size.
12- Fry it in the pan from both sides quickly.
13- Serve it as breakfast or dinner along with honey or cheese
