Preparation
1- Mix the dry ingredients together.
2- Mix the “rest of the ingredients” and whisk them together. Then, add in the dry ingredients.
3- Line a pan with vegetable oil and pour the batter into it.
4- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Take the pan out and invert the cake into a platter then let cool.
5- Mix the custard ingredients in a pot and place it over heat until it comes to a boil then it is thickened. Pour the mixture over the cake then garnish it when it is cooled down.
