Ingredients

marinade

  • 500 g chicken - chopped into cubes
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Chili Pepper - powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Gram masala - herbs
  • pinch of salt

Decoration

  • Kajo
  • spring onion

Rest of ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 Stick Butter
  • 1 head onion - chopped smooth
  • 5 piece Tomatoes - red
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander - dry
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Kajo
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream

Preparation

1- Season the chicken then place it in a pan and fry it.

2- Take the chicken outside the pan.

3- In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, butter, onion then fry it until the onion gets semi fried.

4- Add tomatoes , dry coriander, sugar, vinegar, cashew, water and salt then cook it while the pan is covered for 15 minutes

5- Take it out then blend it in two doses.

6- put it back in the pan and bring it to boil.

7- add the chicken and cream then cook it for 2 minutes

8- serve it with rice and bread.
