1- Season the chicken then place it in a pan and fry it.
2- Take the chicken outside the pan.
3- In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, butter, onion then fry it until the onion gets semi fried.
4- Add tomatoes , dry coriander, sugar, vinegar, cashew, water and salt then cook it while the pan is covered for 15 minutes
5- Take it out then blend it in two doses.
6- put it back in the pan and bring it to boil.
7- add the chicken and cream then cook it for 2 minutes
8- serve it with rice and bread.
