1- First of all, boil the chicken with the coarse seasoning, salt, onion slices and sweet pepper until it gets well cooked.
2- Drain the chicken stew and Chop the chicken into tiny pieces after taking off the bones and the skin.
3- Fry onions with oil, cumin and black lemon for couple of minutes.
4- Add the tomatoes, tomatoes puree, chicken stew and salt and Cook it for 15 minutes.
5- Add Jareesh, hot water, hot pepper and salt.
6- Cook it on a medium heat cooker for 15 minutes so it gets thick.
7- Add yogurt, chicken and mix it all. Cook it on a low heat cooker for 2-3 hours.
8- During that Mix it from time to time and add water if it is needed.
