1- Blender all first layer ingredients for 1 minutes or until combine together. Butter the foam pan , then sprinkle some flour on it .
2- after that, mix second layer ingredients , then sprinkle it over the batter, without pressed.
3- put in oven on 170 F for 30 minutes , then baked for a little .
4- prepare Toffee: gently heat the cream, sugar and butter together in a small pan until the sugar is dissolved.
5- Bring to the boil and then cook, uncovered for 4 minutes, until golden. Do not stir.
6- Leave to cool. When cold, beat in the icing sugar until smooth. Put it over cake.
