Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1.1/2 cup flour - wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. fennel beans
  • 1 tsp. Nigella sativa seeds
  • 1 tsp. live seed - optional
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tbsp. yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Instant Yeast
  • 1 tbsp. honey

On the surface

  • Somak
  • somsom
  • Nigella sativa seeds
  • thyme

To cover the surface

  • olive oil - Or mix 1 big spoon milk +1 egg yolk

Preparation

1-We add all the dough ingredients and mix for 5 to 6 minutes or until you get a soft dough that sticks to your hand

2-We cover it with oil and leave to fermante in a warm place for an hour or until its size multiplies and break up into 10 balls 52g each.

3-We spread it in a circular shape about 3in and and arrange in a tray, and preheat oven at 250 from adobe and bottom

4-Poke with a fork and anoint with milk

5-Cover the tray with a kitchen towel and leave for 20 to 25min and is place in the oven from 7 to 9 minutes or until golden then take out and cover until serving time

6-Presented with foul or cheese
