Ingredients

For Serving

  • slices onion, sliced
  • slices Colored pepper

Chicken Dressing

  • 500 g Chicken Breast - sliced
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tsp. garlic - fresh
  • 1 can yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp. hot sauce - powder
  • 1 tsp. coriander - powder
  • 1 Spoon Caraway
  • 1 tsp. Gram masala
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped Green Coriander
  • 1 food coloring - A drop of red

In Blender

  • 1 can yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. labaneh
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 bunch Mint
  • 1 Hot Green Pepper
  • garlic
  • salt

In the frying pan

  • 4 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Caraway
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 clove garlic - minced
  • 2 tbsp. tomatoes puree
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup Cool pepper - cut small pieces
  • 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh coriander

Naan bread dough

  • 1 tsp. Instant Yeast
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1.1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

1- Mix the chicken with the marinade

We saute the cummin, coriander in oil then add onion, garlic and stir until blonde

Add tomato paste with water and let boil for 2mins

Add the chicken and stir for 6mins until cooked then raise

Spread the green chutney sauce on the bread and place the filling and sliced onion, bell pepper and serve.

 

Naan bread dough

1- We mix the liquid ingredients then add flour, salt, and knead with hands or a mixer, leave to fermante for 40mins until soft and easy to spread

2- We make into circles about 45g and let fermante again

3- In the meantime we turn on at 5 and leave it to heat for 15mins

4- Cover the hand with oil and spread from both sides

5- Then we spread on it chia seeds, green coriander and place in the oven and take out and cover with towel until filling time
