  • 5 piece potatoe - cut into sixes

Barbekeo Sauce

  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp. Barbekeo Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Ketchup - or a pinch of sugar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • pinch of onion powder
  • pinch of salt

potatoes seasoning

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Oorgano
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Crushed Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Jalapeno sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worshester Sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Preparation

1- You wash the potatoes well with a special brush or a piece of sponge and cut it and boil it in water and salt for 5mins from the start of the boil

2- After it cools down we sprinkle the spice mix and place it in an airfryer and mix the sauces and serve with the fries
