Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cup oats - pieces from Quaker
  • 1/2 cup almond - shredded
  • 1/2 cup Nut - shredded
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • pinch of salt

On the surface

  • blueberry - Dried wild berries Or pieces of chocolate

Liquid Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey - maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil - or any preferred oil
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar

Preparation

1- Mix dry ingredients

2-Head liquid ingredients in microwave for seconds then add on it the rest of the ingredients

3-We spread it on a tray covered in butter paper and rubbed with oil

We spread the berries and chocolate pieces and cover it with the butter paper and press with the base of a cup

4- Place it in an oven at 170 degrees from bottom for 20mins and toast for 2mins from top and take out and let cool down completely before cutting and serving
