Ingredients

Ingredients

  • dough chips - leave it outside the fridge for 3 hours prior using

For Serving

  • sugar syrup - or honey
  • pistachio - crushed

For pasting

  • Butter

For the Cream mixture

  • 2 cup liquid milk
  • 1/2 cup semolina - smooth semolina
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 piece Kiri cheese

Preparation

1- Cook milk, semolina and sugar on low heat cooker while whisking

2- add cheese, salt and vanilla then leave it on a side for 15 minutes to cool down

3- cut the pastry to become a long strip with the width of 7 cm

4- paste it with butter then add the filling in it and roll it

5- you can create 3 rolls In one strips

6- place the ready rolls in a tray then paste them with butter and bake it in 200c oven for 15 minutes

7- when they cool down, before serving, add syrup and pistachio
