Mini Tarat with pistachio

Ingredients

Topping ( In Blender )

  • 1 can thick cream - cold
  • 6 piece Kiri cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Dry Ingredients

  • 1.1/2 packet ulker biscuit - Crushed
  • 1/2 cup pistachio - Crushed
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Liquid Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup liquid milk - warm

Preparation

1- Mix egg , sugar and vanilla until it gets double volume - almost 3 minutes- then add oil and beat it all.

2- Add the rest of ingredients : milk, flour, pistachio and baking powder then beat it all using the manual whisk.

3- Paste the mold with butter then pour the mixture and bake it in 170C oven for 15-20 minutes.

4- Roast the surface  the surface

5- Mix the topping then pour it on the tart

6- Decorate it with pistachio

Note:- the quantity can serve 36 small ramekin
