Ingredients

  • 1 chicken - Chopped into 12 parts with skin

Topping

  • 1 cup starch

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp. light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger - grated
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • salt

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 4 cloves garlic - chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Crushed Pepper
  • 4 tbsp. light soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • peanut butter - roasted
  • somsom - roasted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

For Serving

  • slices celery
  • carrot

Preparation

1- Wash the chicken in cold water and vinegar

2- Season the chicken with herbs then wrap every single piece in starch

3- Heat the oil then fry the chicken for 8 minutes

4- After the chicken cools down fry it again for 4 minutes

Roast the cashew

5- Heat oil, garlic and crushed pepper

6- Add ketchup, soya sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustered

7- When it boils add chicken and cashew

8- Sprinkle the semsem
