  • 2 Egg - Mixed With Pinch Of Pepper
  • 4 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic - Chopped
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 cup green peas - Frozen
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Chicken Breast - Cut into Cubes
  • black pepper
  • 1 cup cabbage - Chopped Cubes
  • 1 cup carrot - Chopped Cubes
  • 2 tbsp. soya sauce - Mild
  • 2 tbsp. soya sauce - Light
  • 2 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup spring onion - hot
  • 1 tbsp. somsom
  • 1.1/2 cup Short Grain Rice - Boiled

Preparation

1- in a frying pan, fry garlic, ginger and onion in oil

2- add chicken, black pepper and salt then cook it half way

3- add vegetables then place the mixture  on one side of the pan

4- add egg and turn the heat down and cook it

5- chop the egg and mix it with chicken and vegetables

6- add the rice and the sauce

7- add spring onions and SEMSEM then mix it all
