Ingredients

Rest of ingredients

  • bread - fried
  • onion - fried
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 Spoon Minced Parsley
  • pine

Eggplant dressing

  • 4 eggplant - chopped and air fried
  • 1 tbsp. Somak
  • 1 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate molasses

For Labanah and yogurt mixture

  • 2 can labaneh - 400g
  • 4 cans yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

1- mix the white sauce ingredientsآ  then place it In the serving plate

2- chop the eggplant into cubes then sprinkle with coarse salt and leave it for 10 minutes

3- sprinkle eggplant with flour then deep fry it

4- sprinkle eggplant with somak, chili and pomegranateآ  molasses then place it in the serving plate

5- decorate it with fried bread, onion. pomegranate ,parsley and pine

6- you can do it without the fried bread and serve it with pita bread
