Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1/2 potatoe - sliced
  • 1/2 eggplant - sliced
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1/4 Kilo meat - mincemeat
  • 2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 clove garlic
  • Rosemary
  • 1/4 Stick Butter
  • olive oil
  • coriander - bowder
  • salt

Sauce

  • 1 can yogurt
  • 1.1/2 tbsp. tahini
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

1- spray the potatoes and the eggplant with some oil then sprinkle them with salt, black pepper and lemon zest.

2-Bake them for 20 minutes both sides

3-In a frying pan , add butter, olives oil then onion, garlic and rosemary  then fry them all until the onion gets soften and you can smell the rosemary.

4-add the meat , salt and coriander then cook them all for 10-15 minutes.
