Ingredients

Topping

  • 3/4 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 Kiri cheese

Decoration

  • pistachio
  • dry flower

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup carrot - grated
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sodium bicarbonate
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

Liquid Ingredients

  • 1 can thick cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup oil

For the syrup

  • 1/4 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can Condensed milk

Preparation

1- mix the dry ingredients  using whisk then add the liquid ingredients to it then mix it all.

2- pour the mixture in a medium  mold that already pasted with tahenh then bake it in a pre-heated 180C oven for 15 minutes and  roast the surface.

3- mix the steamed milk with sugar then add it to the basbosah and leave it for 3 minutes.

4- mix the topping then pour it on the basbosah and bake it for 5 minutes.

decorate it and serve
