1- Mix pumpkin with olives, oil and garlic powder then place it in a tray and bake using 200c oven for 15 minutes.
2- Mash the baked pumpkins -leave some on a side for decoration-
3- Fry onions in butter and oil.
4- Add rice and herbs and mix it all.
5- Add the chicken stew gradually while mixing. it may need 15 minutes to do this.
6- Add pumpkin, butter and cheese then leave it on a side.
7- Decorate it with pumpkin, parmesan and spring onions.
*Do not add cream to Risotto.it well get thick due to the starch that it has already.
It is nice to use yummy chicken stew.
*Do not wash the rice.
*Do not overcook the pumpkin ... leave it crunchy.
*Use wooden spoon.
*Every cup of rice needs 2 1/2 chicken stew.
