Ingredients

First Layer

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 Tomatoes - diced
  • 1 Cool pepper - diced
  • 1 Hot Green Pepper - sliced
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Spoon olive oil
  • 2 Spoon pomegranate molasses

Second Layer

  • 3 piece eggplant - Medium and grilled
  • 3 tbsp. yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Third Layer

  • 600 g Minced Meat
  • 1 sweet pepper - diced
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 Hot Green Pepper
  • 1 onion, diced - Small
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tbsp. tomatoes puree
  • Turkish spices
  • salt

Forth Layer

  • 2 can yogurt
  • 2 Spoon tahini
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • little of Butter Milk

On the surface

  • pomegranate seeds
  • pine - fried
  • Parsley
  • pomegranate molasses
  • bread - fried

Preparation

1- Grill the eggplant and peel it

2- Squeeze some lemon of the top of the grilled eggplant after peeling

3- Beat the eggplant in the food processor with the rest of the ingredients and leave it in the fridge until we need it.

4- Mix the koftah seasoning in the food processor then add it to the meat.

5- Shape the meat as disks or fingers

6- Heat up some oil in a frying pan and roast the meat in it for 7 minutes.

7- Fry the first layer ingredients for 2 minutes then add motabel and meat disks.

8- Before serving add yogurt, pine parsley pomegranate and fried bread.
