1- Grill the eggplant and peel it
2- Squeeze some lemon of the top of the grilled eggplant after peeling
3- Beat the eggplant in the food processor with the rest of the ingredients and leave it in the fridge until we need it.
4- Mix the koftah seasoning in the food processor then add it to the meat.
5- Shape the meat as disks or fingers
6- Heat up some oil in a frying pan and roast the meat in it for 7 minutes.
7- Fry the first layer ingredients for 2 minutes then add motabel and meat disks.
8- Before serving add yogurt, pine parsley pomegranate and fried bread.
