Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semoule
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • can thick cream
  • pinch of cardamom
  • pinch of saffron

For Thick cream layer

  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp. Corn Flour
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • pinch of cardamom - bowder
  • pinch of saffron

Preparation

1- Mix the basbosa ingredients using manual beater the pour them in a cheesecake mold that is already pasted with butter.
2- Bake it in 180 C oven for 20 minutes and roast the surface.
3- To make the cream, mix milk, starch, cardamom and safran and bring it to boil then add condensed milk

4- For decoration, Use nuts and dried fruits whole almond and pistachio.
