1- Place the bread in a tray after taking bread pulps off.
2- Heat up the pasting mixture then Brush the bread with it.
3- Toast the bread from 5_7 minutes.
4- Bake the meat in the air fryer until it gets cooked.
5- Add sauces on the bread to fill the gaps
6- Add koftah followed by another layer of sauce
7- Add mozzarella and bake it for 5 minutes until the cheese gets melted
8- Decorate it with coriander.
*If the bread is large you may need two or more slices of koftah.
*We used yummy potatoes bread this time.
*The filling may be just cooked mincemeat.
