Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 chicken - Chopped into 4 Parts -with the Skin
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar
  • Tomato paste
  • mixed spices
  • Turmeric Powder
  • salt
  • paprika

Vegetables

  • 2 sweet pepper - slices
  • 2 onion - slices
  • 1 Tomatoes - slices
  • 3 potatoe - slices
  • 3 Marrow - slices
  • 2 carrot - slices
  • 1 Chili Pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 cups rice - Boiled Rice in water and salt

Coarse Spices

  • cinnamon
  • Bay Laurel Leaves
  • cardamom
  • cloves
  • Dried Lime

Final Coating

  • saffron - soaked in Hot Water and Cady Or Rosewater

Preparation

1- Season the Chicken then Leave It soaked At Least For 15 Minutes.
2- In The Pressure Cooker, Add Tomatoes Slices, Green Pepper, coarse Herbs, Chicken, Potatoes Ring, Zucchini, And Carrots.
3- Add 1/4 Cup Water to The Rest of the Seasoning Then Add It All to the Cooker and Cook It covered For 35 Minutes on a medium heat.
4- Add the Rice and Safran Then Cook It for another 15 Minutes on Low Heatآ .
