Ingredients

Stuffing

  • 2 can tuna - flakes
  • 2 tbsp. yogurt
  • 1 Spoon tahini
  • lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup lettuce - chopped small
  • 1 cup cabbage - chopped small
  • 1 cup spring onion - chopped small
  • 1 carrot - grated

Dry Ingredients

  • 3.1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • salt

Dough

  • 1 can yogurt
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp. powdered milk
  • 2 tsp. Instant Yeast

Preparation

1- Mix the liquid ingredients using Manuel whisk.

2- Mix the dry ingredients then knead it using electrical beater or using hand until you get smooth semi-wet dough.

3- Leave the dough to proof for at least آآآ half an hour.

4- Chop the dough into balls and place them in the girl with bit of pressure until they get roasted.

5- Chop the baked balls into two halves and leave it cool down.

6- Mix the filling ingredients then stuff the baked balls.

7- Note this dough is light and it is good for any pies or pizza
