1- Fry onions, garlic, chicken, coarse herbs and salt then cook it all until the chicken color gets changed.
2- Add water then keep it boiling for 30 minutes then take it out and chop it into tiny pieces.
3- Drain the gravy and use it to cook the rice.
4- Fry the vermicelli in ghee until it get goldish then Add hot water gradually and salt and cook it for 3_4 minutes then drain it and keep it on a side.
5- To prepper the stuffing, Fry onion, smooth herbs, tomato puree
6- Add cup of water, peas and carrot then mix it for 3 minutes.
7- The last thing, add the chicken and vermicelli to the vegetables and mix it.
8- In a baking tray, add some of the filling then add half if the rice followed by half of the filing followed by the rest of the rice and bake it for 15 minutes.
