  • samosa leaves

Stuffing

  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 500 g chicken - Chopped Fine
  • 1 cup Noodles - Crushed Smooth
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped Green Coriander
  • 2 tbsp. Minced Parsley
  • 1 green peppe
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • paprika
  • pinch of food color - Or Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp. soya sauce - optional

Preparation

1- Soak The Noodles In Hot Water For 3 Minutes Then Drain It,

2- In A Pan on the cooker, add Olives Oil, Onion Garlic and Mix It.

 3- Add Green Pepper, Herbs and Chicken then Cook It All Well.

4- Add Noodles, Coriander And Cheese Then Mix It All.

5- Stuff The Sambosak And Seal It Using Some Dough Then Fry It In Oil On Medium Heat Or Brush It With Some Oil And Bake It.
