1- In a bowl, add flour, oregano, salt, sugar, yogurt and yeast then mix it all
2- Add water in two doses then knead it all
3- Leave it to proof for 30 minutes
4- Spread the dough and make holes in it then chop it in the suitable size you prefer.
5- Bake it for 10 minutes without getting its color changed
6- Leave it to cool down and place it an sealed bag
7- It can last in the freezer for 2 months as it does not contain eggs or fat.
