  • 6 potatoe - fried potatoes traditional or using air fryer
  • 2 Spoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic - fresh
  • 3 Chicken Breast - Cut into Cubes
  • 3 sweet pepper - (Red, Green, Yellow) "chopped cubes"
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Oorgano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2.1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese - grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese - grated

Preparation

1- Fry garlic, butter, chicken, black pepper, Oregano and salt

2- Cook it all covered on a low heat cooker until the chickens get well cooked

3- Add sweet pepper and flour

4- Add the milk gradually while mixing until the mixture gets thick

5- Add the cheese and mix it all until they melt

6- Add the mixture on the potatoes

7- Decorate it with jalapenos and buffalo sauce
