Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1.1/4 Stick Butter - Room Temperature
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla - Liquid
  • 1.1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp. Bicarbonate de Soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • ice cream - Vanilla

Topping

  • 3 Spoon lutos cream - melted
  • 4 lotus biscuits - crushed

Preparation

1- Mix the Brown sugar, white sugar and butter until the sugar disappeared, using electrical beater.

2- Add Egg and vanilla and carry on with beating until you get smooth mixture.

3- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all.

4- Add the chocolate chip and mix it with the spoon.

5- Place the mixture in a frying pan that is already pasted with butter.

6- Bake it in 180C oven for 20 minutes.

7- Serve it with ice cream, biscuit and Louts butter.
 

Notes

*You can reduce the amount of the flour if you prefer the cookies soft.

*Brown sugar is important as it adds nice flavor and texture to the cookies.

*Baking the cookies for long time make them hard.
