1- Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla using electrical beater until it gets some volume.
2- Add the Yogurt then beat it all using Manuel beater.
3- Add oil and safran (after it cools down) then beat all.
4- Add the dry ingredients and beat until it gets well mixed.
5- Brush the mold then sprinkle it with semsem.
6- Pour the mixture then bake it in 170c oven for 35_40 minutes.
7- Leave the cake for 15 minutes to cool down then take out of the mold.
8- Mix the sauce then add it to the cake.
1- Preheat your oven at least 10 minutes
before using it.
2- We advise you not to beat too much after adding baking powder.
3- Double check the baking powder expired date.
4-To take the cake out of the mold, use thin knife for the edges and the center.
5- Add sauce in the serving time not earlier.
