1- Mix the dough using hands or electrical beater.
2- Leave the dough to rest for 30 _ 60 minutes.
3- Mix the stuffing and shape it as small balls.
4- Spread the dough then cut it into circles and stuff it with meat then shape it as it appears in the video
5- In the steamer pan, add water, herbs and lemon then bring it to boil.
6- Place the drainer after assembling MENTO on it.
7- Cook it covered for 20 - 25 minutes.
8- In food processor, mix tomatoes sauce then 9- cook it until it gets thick and creamy.
9- Serve MENTO with sauce.
*Season the filling with extra onions. You can add pumpkin if you like.
*Be sure that the pan is closed properly so no steam gets out of it. You can use Dough to seal the pan edges.
*When MENTO is ready, keep it in a closed co container so it won't get dry.
