  • 5 eggplant - Fried Or Roasted
  • 10 Sweet Green Pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes - Chopped Cubes
  • 2 head onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp. Crushed Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Caraway
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • salt
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 3 Spoon olive oil
  • 3 Spoon pomegranate molasses

Preparation

1- Chop The Eggplants Into Cubes Then Sprinkle It With Salt. Deep Fry It Or Roast It In the Oven.

2- Take The Chill Seeds Off Then Fry It In some oil.

3- In A Food Processor, Add Hot Chili, Tomatoes, Onion, Coriander, Garlic, Crushed Chili and Herbs then Beat Them all.

4- Mash The Eggplant Then Add The Mixture To It.

5- Add Olives Oil, Lemon And pomegranate Syrup. 
6- Place It In Cans then Close Properly and Save It In The Fridge.

7- Serve It With Rice, Soups and Sandwiches.
