  • 3 Medium Potatoes
  • Egg
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of thyme
  • pinch of garlic

For roasting

  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

1-shred the potatoes then cover it so it's color won't get changed and leave it for an hour.
2- Wrap it with a clean cloth to get rid of any water in it

3- Add egg ,salt and herbs 
4- Shape the potatoes into  balls then deep fry it 5- in oil for 2 minutes so it gets a bit crunchy and gold in color

6-Serve it for breakfast
