Ingredients

Ingredients

  • Arabic bread - or Pita
  • 500 g Chicken Breast - Chopped Into Halves

Dressing

  • 5 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Spoon Tomato paste

Vegetables

  • 2 onion - Chopped Into Quarters
  • 2 Tomatoes - Chopped Into Quarters
  • Chili Pepper

Red Sauce

  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

On The Board

  • lettuce
  • Rocca
  • sumac

Preparation

1- Season The chicken and Leave For At Least 2 Hours to get the flavor

2- Place the chicken In A baking Tray With The Vegetables Then Place It In The Oven At 200c For 40 Minutes

3- On The Board, Place Lettuce, Rocca, SOMAK, the baked Chicken And the Vegetables

4- Mix it all then Chop It All Into Small Parts.

5- Add The Red Sauce And Mix all well.

6- Paste The Bread With Some Mayo Then Add Some Of The Filling And Yogurt

7- Wrap It Then Place It In The Grill
