  • 1.1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup liquid milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Final Coating

  • sugar

Preparation

1- Mix the cream with milk then bring it to simmer

2- In the main time, mix egg yolks, sugar and vanilla using manual beater until it get semi white in color

3- Add it to the warm cream then mix it all

4- Pour the mixture in baking molds – or one-

5- Place the molds in a hot water bath then place it in a 140C oven for 45-50 minutes

6- When it is ready, leave it in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight if you can

7- Add the sugar on the top then caramelize it using the flam-machine or using hot spoon
