1- In a bowl, beat the egg white until its size gets to the double.
2- Add the yolk, the salt and the black pepper then mix it all.
3- Heat up a frying pan that has butter and oil in it.
4- Pour the mixture in the pan and cook it covered on a low heat cooker.
5- Uncover the pan and cook it for 2 minutes.
6- Server it with tomatoes or Spinach or toasted bread.
