  • 1.1/2 cup milk - warm
  • 2 Spoon Butter - melted
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Spoon Instant Yeast
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 egg yolks - for brushing the bread
  • 4 cups flour

Preparation

1- Put all the ingredients apart of the flour in the electrical beater then beat it for a minute.

2- Add the flour and carry on with beating for 6 minutes.

3- Past the dough with some oil then cover and leave it for 30 minutes.

4- Cut the dough into 8_10 pieces then place it in the baking tray.

5- Cover the tray with a towel and leave the dough to proof for 30 minutes.

6- Paste it with the egg yolk and 2 tbsp. milk mixture.

7- Bake it in a 200C oven for 12_15 minutes (up and down) .

8- Cover it with towel until serving.
