1- To make hazelnut butter , place the hazelnut in a tray in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
2- Ground it while it is hot with some oil in a food processer until we get smooth butter then leave it on a side.
3- Melt the chocolate in the hot milk then add sugar ,cocoa powder, milk powder and hazelnut butter to it then mix it for 2 minutes until you get the required texture.
4- Beat it in a food processer for a minutes until we get smooth cream as Nutella.
Note: to reduce the hazelnut taste, you can take its skin off by scrubbing it using a towel
