Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg
  • 1 can yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup liquid milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • salt

White Layer

  • 2 cup liquid milk
  • 4 Spoon Corn Flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can Fresh Table Cream
  • 1 tsp. rose water

Dry Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup semoule
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • sugar syrup

Final Coating

  • Vermicelli
  • pistachio
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

1- Beat the liquid Ingredients using Manuel beater. Add the dry Ingredients and carry on with beating

2- Pour the mixture in a Pyrex tray that is pasted with some oil

3- Bake it in a 180 C oven for 20 minutes then roast from both sides. 
Add sugar syrup to it

4- Mix the white layer Ingredients on medium heat cooker until it boils with continues whisking
5- Take it on a side then add cream and rose water to it

6- Pour it on the BASBOSA
7- After it cools down, Add the Pakistani vermicelli, conceded milk and pistachio
