Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 250 g meat - mincemeat
  • Arabic bread - Pita bread or Tortilla wraps

Dressing

  • 3/4 cup Parsley
  • 1 onion - small
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 Sweet Green Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. mixed spices
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Caraway
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tomatoes

Salad

  • 2 can yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Butter Milk
  • 3 cucumber - grated
  • 1 clove garlic - smashed
  • 2 Spoon Mint - chopped
  • salt

Preparation

1- Mix all the filling Ingredients in a food processor apart of

   the tomatoes.

2- Chop the tomatoes finely then add it to the mixture.

3- Stuff the Pita bread with some meat then paste the bread with some oil.

4- Press the stuffed bread using the grill for 10 minutes.

5- Take it away from the grill then serve it with salad
