  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 onion - chopped
  • 2-3 Tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 1 red peppe - chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Caraway
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. Parsley
  • White cheese - (or feta (optional

Preparation

1- In a pan, Fry the onion in oil then Add herbs, tomatoes, tomatoes puree and sweet pepper. 

2- Cover the pan then cook it for a while until it gets thick texture mixture.

3- Make some holes "slots" in the mixture for placing the eggs in them.

4- Cook it until you are satisfied with eggs cooking – the way that you like your egg-.

5- Sprinkle it with parsley followed by cheese cubes.

6- Serve it with bread
