Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cup chick peas - Balelah
  • salt
  • Caraway
  • Spoon cucumber - chopped
  • hot sauce - Grated

Salad

  • 2 Spoon Black Vinegar
  • 2 beet - grated
  • 2 carrot - grated
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • Sumatra Hot Sauce - optional
  • salt

For soaking

  • water - grated
  • 1 tsp. Bicarbonate de Soda

Preparation

 

1- Wash the chickpeas then sprinkle it with sodium Bicarbonate and soak it for 4 hours.

2- Wash it then add water and salt then boil it for two hours or for 1/2 hour if you use a pressure pan.

3- Soak beetroot and carrot in vinegar 

4- Spread the balilah with a sprinkle of salt and cumin. 

5- add beetroot, salad and Cucumbers
