1- Wash the grape leaves then rain it.
2- Mix the stuffing Ingredients together in a bowel.
3-To stuff the leaves, take a leaf by placing the coarse surface to the top
Put some stuffing then foil the sides then roll.
4- Put some potatoes slices in the bottom of pan then assemble the stuffed grapes leaves on the top of it.
5- Mix the stew ingredients then pour it to the full pan
6- Cover it with a heavy plate to avoid the leaves floating with the stew. Cook it on a low temperature cooker for two and a half hours. You may need to add some water at certain point. 7- Leave it to cool down while the pan is covered before serving so the leaves colour does not changed
